I started violin in middle school where I learned the simple things like scales and where to put your fingers. It was just a school class at the time but I eventually became very talented with the violin. As I progressed I ended up moving up in seatings even becoming the first chair in my freshman year of high school. I have relatively perfect pitch and can pick up songs by listening to them a few times which is not a talent you can teach. I also ended up teaching myself piano, viola, and guitar during quarantine due to the amount of time I had. I have always been musically inclined. I achieved great things during my time in my high school orchestra. I was a three time quartet member, a four time principal chair, and a two time orchestra officer. Although my parents did push my hand towards the violin I ended up really liking the difficulty and the hard work I had to put in to learn each piece. I found myself wanting to learn more and more to better my musicality and technical skills.
